Refunds

Reservation Cancellations

• Flexible Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation up to 10days before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 10days of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a portion of the rental cost.
• No-Show: Failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior cancellation may result in a no-show fee.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 15 days.

Returns

Early Returns

• You may return the vehicle early without penalty. Refunds for unused rental days may be prorated.

Extension Requests

• If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us at least [number of hours/days] before the scheduled return time to check availability and make arrangements.

Damaged or Unavailable Vehicles

Vehicle Condition

• Please inspect the vehicle upon pickup. Report any existing damages or issues to our staff to avoid potential charges upon return.

Unavailability

• In the unlikely event that the reserved vehicle is unavailable at the time of pickup, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative. If no alternative is available, a full refund will be issued.
